Whitaker Studio has never pursued scale for its own sake. We maintain a small advisory team — currently six licensed advisors — because fiduciary work demands genuine continuity of relationship. Every client is assigned a named lead advisor who attends every mandate review, every stress-test presentation, and every significant structural change. There are no handoffs to junior staff after onboarding. When you call Whitaker Studio, the person who designed your structure picks up. This is not an operational quirk; it is an intentional model that has governed how we work since the firm was founded in Trenčín in 2011.

NBS-Licensed Advisors
All advisors hold valid licences issued by the Národná banka Slovenska (NBS) and comply with annual continuing professional development requirements under Slovak Act No. 186/2009 on financial intermediation and financial advisory.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Each advisor carries professional indemnity cover at a level exceeding the statutory minimum required under Slovak law, providing an additional layer of protection for clients in the event of a covered advisory error or omission.
Ongoing Regulatory Training
Our advisors complete a minimum of 40 hours of regulatory and technical training per year, covering updates to EU financial regulation, Slovak tax law, and international succession planning frameworks. Training records are available to clients on request.
Multilingual Client Service
Engagements are conducted in English or Slovak according to client preference. For clients with assets in Austria or the Czech Republic, we have advisors with working proficiency in German and Czech, reducing the friction of cross-border coordination.

Our Office: A Forest-Cream Environment for Serious Conversations
Our Mierové námestie office is designed to reflect the forest-cream palette and measured tone of our advisory practice — muted greens, warm off-whites, natural wood surfaces, and no visible screens from the client's seat. The meeting room seats four comfortably and is acoustically isolated from the rest of the floor. We are not trying to impress clients with a glass-tower address; we are trying to give them a setting where the numbers can be discussed honestly and without distraction.
