How to Reach Us
Whitaker Studio operates from our Trenčín office at Mierové námestie 14 — accessible by car from the R1 expressway and a 12-minute walk from Trenčín central station. We hold client meetings by appointment from Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:30, and on Fridays until 16:00. For initial enquiries, email is preferred: our advisors respond to every message within one business day, and you will receive a response from a licensed advisor — not an automated reply. Telephone enquiries are welcome during office hours. We do not operate a call queue; if the line is engaged, please use email and we will call you back at a time of your choosing.

Before You Get in Touch
Is an initial consultation chargeable?
No. The first 60-minute scope review is complimentary. We use this session to understand your objectives and determine whether a Whitaker Studio mandate is the right fit. If it is not, we will say so and suggest where you should look instead.
What information should I bring to a first meeting?
A broad overview of your asset picture — approximate values, asset classes held, existing legal structures, and any known risks or events on the horizon (planned business sale, inheritance, divorce proceedings, etc.). We do not require account statements or legal documents at the initial stage.
Do you work with clients outside Slovakia?
Yes. We work with clients across Central and Eastern Europe, with particular depth in Slovakia, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. For clients domiciled outside the EU, we assess regulatory compatibility on a case-by-case basis before accepting a mandate.
How do you handle confidentiality?
All client information is subject to professional secrecy obligations under Slovak financial services law, reinforced by a confidentiality agreement signed at the start of every engagement. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
